So I had someone in group suffering terribly for this last year. (Constant panic attacks, bouts of depression, fear, anxiety, etc) then… her ex-husband got remarried less than a year after the ink on their divorce was final so now increase everything 100 fold. She couldn’t even give herself half a second of peace, so trying meditation was out of the question and her eating habits were not existent so most medicines made her sick.

And yes, she did try dating which was a disaster…..

Then—-all contact with her ceased.

She vanished into thin air.

Of course, I reached out and she was a completely different person. She had tried EMDR therapy and it hit big time!!! if I remember correctly, she felt different before she even left the psychologist’s office after just one session.

if you’re interested or considering this, please go to www.emdria.com it should give you explanations on EMDR and a ZIP Code search engine to help you find the nearest therapist who utilizes EMDR as a tool. (success can happen anywhere in one to 20 different sessions.) <— so don’t give up too early.

Good luck ❤️
