How to Join the Upcoming Zoom Meeting

Step-by-Step Instructions

Register in Advance

Click this registration link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/XM4MNty_ShqxDFKWPPGmiA

Fill out your name and email address, then click Register.

Check Your Email

After registering, look for a confirmation email from Zoom.

This email contains your unique link to join the meeting.

Save the Email

Keep the confirmation email handy — you’ll need it to join.

You can also add the meeting to your calendar using the links provided in the email.

Join the Meeting on the Day of the Event

About 5–10 minutes before 7:00 PM Central Time, open the confirmation email.

Click the Join Meeting button in that email.

The Zoom app or browser will open automatically and connect you to the meeting.

Important Reminder

You must register in advance and join using the confirmation email link.

Do not try to join directly from the Zoom app using the meeting ID — it will not work unless you’ve registered and use your personalized link.
